Project Description
Downey Planning, in conjunction with the project design team, coordinated and managed this project from inception through to planning procurement. Given the site location and its constraints, an innovative design approach was required and the development ultimately evolved into a high quality regeneration scheme. The project warranted extensive pre-planning consultation with Fingal County Council, a detailed A.I. Response (Additional Information Response) and a robust written appeal to An Bord Pleanála. Planning permission was successfully achieved on the site for this development in 2013. Downey Planning are currently providing important post-planning services for the development.
