Anne McElligott BA(Hons), MPLAN
Anne McElligott is a qualified Town Planner and currently holds the position of Consultant Planner at Downey Planning. Prior to this, Anne was Consultant Planner with Downey Hynes Partnership and has worked with both Cork City Council and Cork County Council on various projects.Anne has a growing experience in the town planning profession at both an Irish and European level, working with a diverse group of Local Government, private consultancy, community group stakeholders and external consultants.
Anne’s experience includes the preparation and co-ordination of planning applications, planning appeals, Environmental Impact Assessments, local area plans, community led planning projects, development appraisals and submissions to Development Plans.
Anne holds a BA (Hons) degree in Geography and Irish, and a First Class Honours Masters Degree in Planning and Sustainable Development, both of which she received from University College Cork. Anne is a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
