Downey Planning are currently in the process of obtaining planningpermission for a large residential scheme (of 92 no. apartments) in Clonskeagh. The proposed scheme has been the subject of a full feasibility development appraisal which has determined the overall design of the scheme.
Downey Planning have also engaged in extensive pre-planning consultation with Dublin City Council. Downey Planning are currently project managing the planning stage of this development, in conjunction with OMP Architects.
