Project Description
Downey Planning’s Planning and Architectural Teams provided full consultancy services during the procurement stage of planning permission for the change of use of this protected structure from office to residential. The protected structure status of the property resulted in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and a robust architectural conservation statement. The project also warranted extensive pre-planning consultation with Dublin City Council.
