Members of the Downey Planning team provided expertise in the planning assessment and due diligence of several quarries throughout Ireland, on behalf of a European client. This involved numerous site visits, planning archive file retrieval and assessment, preparation of a robust planning opinion, and extensive review and commentary on all relevant planning conditions and associated compliances since the introduction of the Irish Planning Legislation in 1964. This due diligence was ultimately utilised to determine and negotiate potential purchase agreements.
