Project Description
Downey Planning, in conjunction with the project design team, coordinated and managed this project from inception through to planning procurement. This involved securing the rezoning of the land within the Donabate Local Area Plan (LAP), extensive pre-planning consultation with Fingal County Council, and the lodgement of a planning application for 99 no. residential units. The application also required a detailed A.I. Response (Additional Information Response) and a robust written appeal to An Bord Pleanála. Planning permission was successfully achieved on the site for this development in early 2013. Downey Planning are currently providing important post-planning services including Part V negotiations, financial development contributions, and planning compliances.
